Feminine products such as
tampons have many uses besides those intended by the manufacturer.
Additionally, tampons are stored inside of a watertight plastic bag, so they
are great to throw inside your go bag.
Here’s just one use:
The cotton end of a
tampon makes a great and easy fire starter. Simply remove the cotton, fluff it
up a bit to gain more surface area, and ignite as normal.
