Part of survival is
accepting the physiology of your body, and the limitations thereof.
Just
because you are in a survival situation, doesn’t mean you won’t have to sleep. Resist the urge to stay awake too long
Here's what to do:
- Take frequent naps of
30 minutes or less
- You won’t be able to
sleep very long anyways, but the naps will recharge you so that you can
function.
- Lack of sleep leads to
impairment worse than that of drinking alcohol!
